Triple Layer Sole: Triple Layers has one layer of "build up" in the front with the two layers of sole for the entire shoe from front to heel with 1.5 inch or 38mm heels. Triple Layers are better for "Toe Stands". High Heel: High heel is built with 1.65inch or 42mm heels with double layer sole. There is no one style that is better than the other, mostly depends on your own style.
