Meet Sa-bông – our closed-toe mules, handcrafted one pair at a time. [The Story] What started as pairs made for friends (and curious strangers who spotted them on our feet) is now officially here. Each pair takes three days to make and is built to last – and when the time comes, it is built to be mended. [What Makes Them] Outsole: Crafted from zero-waste wood leftover materials, sourced and made in Vietnam. Similar to the famous Birkenstock's cork in spirit, but firmer to help the sole hold its shape over years of wear. Finished with an TPR anti-slip layer for walkability. Midsole: EVA memory foam support cushioning for all-day comfort. Insole : Full suede insole for sweat absorbent Upper: Cowhide leather (available to choose from our leather palette) Made to be mended: When they wear, they can be repaired rather than replaced.
